About

Guidance Towards Success

As an Educational Psychologist, my passion lies in helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate the complexities of their emotional and academic worlds. I create a safe, supportive space where they can openly express themselves while we work together to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and learning difficulties. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities that promote resilience, personal growth, and emotional well-being. I am committed to empowering my clients by tailoring interventions to their unique needs, allowing them to build essential coping skills, improve self-confidence, and foster healthy relationships. I also work closely with parents, offering coaching and guidance to create a cohesive support system at home. In addition to therapy, I specialize in comprehensive assessments for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and other cognitive or emotional concerns. These evaluations provide invaluable insights into how these challenges may impact school performance or daily life, helping individuals receive the accommodations and advocacy they deserve. Through virtual services, I am able to reach clients across California, offering flexibility and convenience without sacrificing the quality of care. I am dedicated to helping children and young adults thrive, and I look forward to working alongside families to promote lasting, positive change.
